Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Refunds are issued to your in-app Balance, which can be used for future bookings.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

We encourage players to text into The Hive Whatsapp group to find a player to take your slot.

  • Balls can be purchased at reception.
